Change of Shareholder and Corporate name
Under the Share Purchase Agreement which Sumitomo Pharma Co., Ltd. (“SMP”) has entered into with MEDIPAL HOLDINGS CORPORATION (“MEDIPAL”) as of November 30th, 2022, all of the shares of our company held by SMP have transferred to MEDIPAL.
Sumitomo Pharma Food & Chemical Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Osaka, Japan) announces the change of corporate name as a member of MEDIPAL Group as below:
